Furvit's Loyalty Program

1. Introduction

• This campaign is an extension of the standard Furvit Loyalty Programme (FLP).

• General FLP rules regarding point accumulation via Nutri Lick QR codes remain in effect during and after this campaign period.

2. Campaign Period

• The Raya Xtra Campaign 2026 runs from 25th February 2026 to 17th April 2026.

• During these dates, users can continue to redeem points for standard rewards as per the “Normal Business Days” catalog on the FLP website.

3. Earning Points (Daily & Campaign)

• To earn points, users must scan the unique QR code found on each Nutri Lick box.

• Each QR code is valid for one-time point redemption only.

• Points earned during the Raya Xtra Campaign are added to your existing FLP balance and can be carried forward.

   

4. Special Raya Xtra 2026 Rewards

During the campaign period, participants may use their points for the following exclusive rewards:

• Grand Lucky Draw: 500 points per entry (Max 10 entries per person).

• Major Lucky Draw: 400 points per entry (Max 10 entries per person).

• Direct Campaign Redemption: Exclusive Raya rewards are available on the FLP website starting 25th February 2026.

• Standard gift redemptions remain available throughout the campaign, subject to stock.

5. Strict Policy on Fraud and Misconduct

Furvit Pet Industries maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity.

• Prohibited Reseller Activity: Resellers are strictly prohibited from scanning QR codes on products prior to a legitimate sale.

• Tampered Products: Customers are advised not to purchase Nutri Lick boxes with tampered or previously scanned QR codes.

• Consequences of Cheating: Any user or reseller found to be “point harvesting” (scanning non-purchased items) or using duplicate codes will face:

  • Immediate permanent suspension of the FLP account.

  • Total forfeiture of all accumulated points without compensation.

  • Blacklisting from all future Furvit campaigns and lucky draws.

• Verification: Furvit reserves the right to request proof of purchase (receipts) at any time to verify the legitimacy of points earned.

6. Lucky Draw Deadlines

• The final date to redeem points for Lucky Draw entries is 15th April 2026.

• The live draw for winners will take place on 17th April 2026.

   

7. General Terms

• This program is open to Malaysian citizens aged 16+.

• All redemptions are “while stocks last”.

• Furvit Pet Industries reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
